Quick Padlock Instructions

1. Book a session on this site to get a unique 9-digit padlock code in an email or txt (145 846 227 for the example below)
2. Wait outside until your code activates at your booking time
3. On the padlock for your field: 
   
   • press
   • If you can't pull open the shackle, see fuller instructions below, with video
4. Please shut both gates and lock the padlock when you leave

Full Padlock Instructions

• Use the booking confirmation message, like the one in the photo:
  • Make sure you're at the correct gate at the correct time on the correct day!!!
  • The padlock code in the message won't work until the booking time.
  • If you've lost the message, you can find a record of the 'igloo code' for any of your bookings here



What you do	What should happen	What might happen
press	Double Beep (padlock wakes up, keypad dimly lights up and clears any already half-typed PIN)	Nothing happens? Try a few more times. Or see the end.
	One beep after each press
	Rising tune, green lights flash; Padlock unlocks internally	If 3 beeps, red lights flash; Padlock remains locked Try again from the start.
Pull the shackle out	Shackle pulls out



• While inside, please shut the gates behind you
  • It's best to lock the outer gate while you're inside, so the next booking knows to stay out.
  • If you have a 'restricted dog', you MUST lock the gate behind you.
• When you leave, please shut both gates and padlock the outer gate
